Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca

NelsonDaly works closely with the Sandra Jordan Collection to strategize press relations and social media. The collaboration has included producing a fashion show at the Robert Mondavi Winery featuring the luxury alpaca fashion brand Kuna. The event received coverage in the San Francisco Chronicle, Napa Valley Register and other publications.

With the Sandra Jordan Collection, NelsonDaly also organized a panel discussion entitled “Clouds on Earth: Rediscovering the Luxury of Alpaca” at the Shears & Windows showroom/San Francisco Design Center. Moderated by NelsonDaly co-founder Katherine Nelson, the panel was sponsored by Luxe Interiors + Design magazine.

Raised high in the remote, harsh climate of the Andes mountains, alpacas are ancient, sacred animals whose fleece was once lavished on Incan nobility. The Sandra Jordan Collection works with South American organizations to reintroduce a sustainable model for local communities, create jobs, educate herdsmen and revive myths and traditions that date back 10,000 years.
